  Pack the puzzle securely in its original box; our team will arrange a reverse pickup or provide shipping instructions for a thorough quality check at our warehouse.

  Verification Process

  Once received, our experts will inspect the cube for any signs of usage, damage, or missing stickers to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

  Refund or Replacement
